The product prices displayed on the website exclude taxes and shipping. Taxes and shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rates depend on the City/State/Country where your order is being delivered. Fairway Flair reserves the right to change the price of a product at any time without any forewarning. Any orders placed prior to this change cannot be amended to the revised price.
Merchandise
Merchandise should be inspected carefully upon receipt.
If you receive defective merchandise, let us know within 10 business days. You can then return it and you will be credited for the full amount of purchase.
Return shipping will be arranged through Fairway Flair.

Orders will be charged to your credit card prior to merchandise shipment.
International orders which request shipping to an alternate address other than the billing address must have the alternate address listed with the issuing credit card company. This will be verified along with cardholder name, address, and phone number.
Taxes
Purchaser is responsible for taxes, duties, and/or fees to the state or country where the merchandise is being delivered. Please contact your local tax and/or customs office if you need additional information regarding this.
Returns
We only accept returns on unworn, unused, and unwashed clothing. Item(s) cannot be returned if the care label or any tag has been cut/removed. All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. You have 10 calendar days from the date you received your items to make a return. Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. We can only issue refunds to a buyer’s original payment method. Combining orders will slow down the return process. If you have received a shipping notification, your package has already been processed and cannot be cancelled. Any package sent to us without postage will be returned to the sender.
